The framework for voice services on the SyncSwitch is based on International Telecommunication Union (ITU) standards, and it allows an ecosystem of partners to work together to develop innovative network services. Service providers are not locked into a single VoIP signaling technology when they choose the SyncSwitch. Because H.323, SIP, and IAX2 protocol support are built in with the SyncSwitch which allows service providers to enable the call control protocol, which is the best fit for their networks today and gives confidence that they can respond to evolving market requirements whenever necessary.
