Upload Rate chart

Adding rate item one by one is boring in case of big rate charts where the rate chart may contains hundreds or thousands of rate items. SyncSwitch can import rate items from a specifically arranged *.CSV file under a specific rate chart. The specific arrangement of the file is as following.
