Service is provided in three different mode based on server and concurrency requirement of carrier.
Shared Server
This is specially for small and medium sized business with relatively lower concurrency requirement. Service is provided with Shared Server when concurrency demand is from 30 to 500. Multiple license is installed in a single server. Then partitions are distributed among customers. This helps to reduce cost by ensuring best use of server resources.

Dedicated Server
Services in Dedicated Server are provisioned for more than 500 concurrency demand. It can be scaled up to 3500 concurrency.

Customer Provided Server
This is pretty similar with Dedicated Server service. Here Server, Collocation and Bandwidth are provided by customer. Rented SyncSwitch Service is provided to customer server for minimum 300 concurrency
