Login procedure

The CallShop interface is available in general with the following format of the URL:
http://host_name/site_prefix/callshop/
Host-name: host is the server address; it can be either IP or any domain or sub-domain.
Site-prefix: Site prefix is the prefix by which we can locate the SyncSwitch like switch, abctel etc.
We prefer to collect the URL for CallShop interface from the service provider when you receive the service.
Once you have the link and clicked on it, you will be prompted for user name and password to login. This user password will be the user password for the account under which this CallShop belongs to. For example, if you have created the CallShop under a Reseller, the user name and password for the CallShop will be the user name and password of that Reseller.
Once you are logged in to the CallShop interface, you have the following link.

ii. New Client
iii. Call Rate
iv. Call Reports
v. Change Shop
vi. Active Calls
vii. Tools
viii. Logout
