Dial Plan

Dial plan is the complete procedure how a call hit to the switch and how that will be processed. You may want to have a talking switch (IVR enabled) which guides your user to conduct some specific task or a silent one. SyncSwitch provide you three default Dial Plan named wholesale, Retail and Calling Card. Wholesale Dial Plan is for traffic that comes directly from another IP or if you don’t want to play IVR. Wholesale dial plan don’t have any IVR enabled. Retail dial plan have complete calling card system IVR enabled as well as a power IVR menu with which you can register an ANI, recharge a PIN, talk with customer support directly, hear the pin balance and duration that you can talk in a specific destination.
