CDR Summery
CDR Summery represents summarized report of your calls in a handy and easy to understand manner. CDR Summery, in general, shows various statistical data which allow you to measure the quality of the routes or the quality of your service getting your customers from you. It shows following data-

Total Calls

This is the number of total hit of the switch for the criteria you are searching

Good Calls

This is the number of connected or good calls
|

Drop Calls

This is the number of calls that did not get through or get connected

Maximum Duration

This is the highest duration of a single call in the switch occurred within the search time.
|

Duration

|
This is the total call duration (Minute) of the entity (Day, Hour, Gateway, Account, Company, Reseller, Destination and disconnect cause) between the search time.

ASR

Answer/Seizure ratio (ASR) is the ratio of total hit and total connected call which measures the connectivity condition of the route as well as switch which represents the quality of the service

ACD
|

|
Average Call Duration (ACD) is the average of total call duration and the total number of good calls. It also measures the quality of the service.

PDD
|
:
|
Post Dialing Delay represents the delay between dialings and getting connected the call. Low PDD is expected. As lower the PDD is, as better the connectivity.
