CDR Details
CDR Details contains tracking of all hit to the switch for both successful and unsuccessful calls. It shows following data for a call hit-

Start Time

Start time is the call starting time

Duration

The duration that the call lust for

Caller

The account from which the call came

Caller IP

The IP that the user using to call

Caller ID

This is the ID of the phone or device from where the call came

Destination

Destination number where the caller wanted to get connected and talk

Gateway
|

|
The gateway through which the call got connected

Cause

|
Disconnect cause of the call. Description of the disconnect cause will be found under Advanced search and Disconnect Cause drop down menu.

PDD
|
:
|
Post Dialing Delay, its show the delay between dialing and getting connected for the call.

CDR Log page allow you to search CDR as well. You can search CDR data by following criteria or any combination of following criteria –
Ø From date and time to date and time
Ø Destination
Ø From account
Ø Gateway
Ø Disconnect Cause
Ø Reseller
Ø Company
Ø Caller ID/ANI
Ø Dialed Number
Ø Source IP
