Add routing Entries

You can add new routing entries from this tab. By clicking on this tab, you will have the following form-

Destination
:
This is an auto search field. If you put your desired destination number for which you want to have the routing entry, it will get you the destination list. Click on your desired destination from that list and select that. Make sure that you see the destination ID in bracket along with the destination code i.e. 880[1].
Add Gateway Breakout
:
SyncSwitch gives you the flexibility of adding break out destinations with a main destination without repeating the system again and again. You can choose Yes or No from the dropdown. If you allow SyncSwitch to add breakouts for you, it will do that. For example, if you add 880 and allow breakouts, it will automatically add 8801, 8802, 880821, 88031 and so on all available destinations in your database starting with 880.
Find Gateway
:
By clicking on this button, you give the command to the switch to find out all available gateways for this destination in your switch. It will find out all gateways that allows your desired destination.
Gateways
:
The result of the searching gateways will be shown here. Now you can select which gateway you want to have in routing for this destination.
Channel per Gateway
:
You can assign number of concurrent for this destination in this gateway from this box.
Priority
:
For Force routing, you can assign priority for gateways you are routing. If you set 1 as priority, and select Force routing as routing policy, 1st priority gateways will have traffic first then others.
Create Routing Entry
:
By clicking on this button, you give the command to create the routing entry for parameters you just set.
