Add Rates
This tab gives a form to fill up to add a new rate item. The form consists of following fields.

Rate per minute

This is the amount you want to charge per minute. For example if you want to charge $1 per min for any destination, set 1 here. If you want to charge 5 cents for any destination, put 0.05 here.

Rate per call
|

If you want to charge per call basis, you can put the amount you want to charge per call here.
|

Destination
|
:
|
Here you can search and get the desired destination for which you are going to add this rate item to the rate chart.

Grace (Sec)
|

|
This is the time for what you want not to charge any bill if any call fails within this duration. For example if you want to set 10 sec as grace period, you can put the value 10 here.

Minimum Duration (Sec)
|

|
This is the duration for what you want to charge at least. For example if you put 30 here, that means you will charge for 30 sec if the call fail within 30 sec even. But if it covers grace period, then there will be no bill.

Pulse (Sec)
|

|
This is the increment period of time for how many seconds you will count bill after the minimum duration period. For example, if you want to bill for every 6 seconds after minimum duration, you can set 6 here. If a call fails with the duration of 43 sec, it will be billed for 48 sec.

Start of time slot
|

You can set from which moment of the day this rate will be effective.
|
|
End of Time Slot
|
:
|
You can set here after which moment this rate will be inactive for the day.
|
|
Seconds per minute
|
:
|
You can customize seconds per minute here. For example, if you want to count 55 sec is equal to one minute, you can set 55 here. Generally it is set to value 60.

|
Day of week
|
:
|
You can set here in which days of the week this rate item is available and for which days it is not.
|
|
Currency
|
:
|
You can set the currency for this rate item from the available currency.
