Add Device User group
From this tab, you can add new device user group. To add a new device user group, you have to provide following information-

Account Group Name

Name of the Device User Group you want to give

Amount of balance you want to give per device user account

Currency

Currency of the account

Starting Digit

If you want to have all PIN number started with a special number like 777, you can put that here

Number of Account

|
Number of PIN you want to create with this batch, i.e. 10, 100, 500 etc.

Fixed Password
|

|
You can set a password here which will be work as password for all account of this group. You can set any number or word here are password
|
|
Password Option
|
:
|
You can set password option from here i.e. same as user or same as fixed password or randomly set by the switch.
|
|
PIN Size
|
:
|
Length of the PIN, started from 9 digit
|
|
Web Login(Same as user/pass)
|
:
|
You can set web login as same as user password from this option. You can disable this option from here as well.
|
|
Incoming Prefix
|
:
|
You can set an incoming prefix for this voucher group which users need to add before the number when dialing to call. If you set 888 as incoming prefix, user of these PIN need to dial 88891xxxxx for India and so on.

Account Status

Enable or disable, you can set status of the pin of this voucher group
|
|
Expiry Date
|

|
You can set expiry date of device users from this option
|
|
Protocol
|
:
|
You can choose protocol type i.e. SIP, H323 or IAX2 for Device users from here.

Limit
|
:
|
You can limit number of concurrent call possible by using PIN of this voucher group. By default, it is 1.
|
|
Rate Chart
|
:
|
You can select Rate chart from the dropdown according to which the pin will be charged for calling
|
|
Routing Group
|
:
|
You can select a routing group through which all calls from this voucher group will pass.
|
|
Description
|
:
|
You can write any description you want here to identify the routing group
