Active Monitor

Active monitor is available in the right side of the page. This is the most extensive feature of SyncCallShop and most important section of this CallShop. Here all desired data is available in one sight. Following options are available in Active Monitor.

Booth Name
:
Booth name is the name of the booth where the line is available. This is identical information to identify the location of the CallShop which is very handy for CallShop operators.
Booth Status
:
Booth Status represents if the booth is already assigned to some customers or it’s still free for new customers. If the Booth is assigned to customer, it will show Busy and if it is free, it will show Empty.
Ticket Number
:
Ticket number is a manipulated number date and time which will help to find out CDR for this ticket.
Line Name
:
CallShop operator can assign names for lines available in his CallShop which will be meaningful for him to identify the line very quickly.
Line Status
:
Line Status represents if the line is registered with the Switch or not. This can very helpful for CallShop operator to identify if the line have any type of network or registration problem.
Line Balance
:
Line balance is the amount of usable account balance available right now for this Line.
Check in/out
:
With this link, CallShop operator can check in any new customer for the booth. When customer finishes calling, operator can checkout him and complete the billing procedure.
Call Status
:
This will represent the status of call. A call may be connected or in ringing state. For connected state, it will show UP and for ringing state it will show ring.
Entry Time
:
This field will represent the entry time of the customer to the booth.
