Active calls represent all active calls of this switch right now. This is a real time updated monitor which gives latest data and refresh once in every minute. This page will show you details of each and every call. You can get a clear picture of total activities of the switch. This page will show you incoming account name, state of the call; up (active), ring (processing) or ringing (ringing on the destination phone), dialed destination name, dialed number, duration of the call, through which gate the call got connected, post dialing duration (PDD) of the call, through which routing group the call got connected, caller ID, balance of the account, reseller of the account and company of the account etc. In a single word, you can get everything of a call from SyncSwitch active call.
